Welcome to the CautaReside help site. This is your guide to running an estate on CautaReside — what each module does, how your residents and staff use it, and where to find the controls you need most often.

How to use this site

CautaReside has a ? button at the top right of every page. Clicking it brings you back here, opening the article for whichever module you were viewing. So you never have to remember a URL — just click the ? when you need help with what's in front of you.

Three audiences, one platform

CautaReside is used by three distinct groups, often inside the same estate:

  • Residents and tenants — the people who live there. They see a personal dashboard with their balance, their open maintenance tickets, their upcoming amenity bookings, their parking permits.
  • Facility staff — guards at the gate, housekeeping crew, maintenance technicians, the bookkeeper. Each role sees a focused task queue for their job.
  • Facility admins / managers — the people running the estate day-to-day. Full visibility across every enabled module, plus configuration and reporting.

This help site is written for facility admins and the residents you serve. Every module article describes the resident view, the staff view, and the admin view so you can answer "how does this work for the people I'm supporting?"
